Recipe – Rabanada


Rabanada Recipe



  • 4 to 6 French bread loafs one day old or baguete.
  • 3 ovos
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Sugar and cinnamon


  1. Slice the bread in 1 inch slices
  2. Mix eggs, condensed  milk and  whole milk
  3. Dipp the bread slices in the egg milk mixture
  4. Fry it in vegetable oil
  5. Dry them on paper towel.
  6. Finish it with the sugar and cinnamon.
